  • Place your hands together in prayer at your heart with thumbs touching your chest. ( This opens up the Heart Chakra) & Take 3 deep belly breaths

  • Give a prayer (or Thought) of Gratitude for 17 seconds.

  • (This raises your energetic frequency)

  • Remember the Divine Truth ” I AM Safe & Loved “ go deep within & repeat 3 times

    if this is difficult, ask yourself, what is the false belief that I have about myself that prevents me from Knowing this?

  • If that does not shift you…… beat on your chest and yell like TARZAN!!! “Sometimes life is a jungle!”
